initial thirty (30) days of receiving your order, you have any reason for dissatisfaction, we promise to resolve the

Refunds are based on the actual amount paid, excluding any promotional or discount values.
In cases of confirmed damage or defects upon receiving your order, we will, at our discretion, either provide a
prepaid
return shipping label, reimburse your return shipping costs, or advise the disposal of the damaged or defective
product.
For other situations, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping and handling charges may apply,
especially
for Services and Products offered free or as promotions.
Orders at bulk or wholesale prices are final, with refunds granted only in cases of verified material damage or
defects
upon arrival, subject to confirmation by our team. When placing bulk/wholesale orders, it's essential to request
and
thoroughly review digital proofs before confirming the order.
There's a statutory right to cancel vouchers purchased from Printerpix within 7 business days of the purchase
date
(Cancellation Period). However, if you opt to redeem the voucher(s) within this Cancellation Period, you
explicitly
agree to receive the products or services, thus forfeiting your right to cancel the voucher purchase.
When returning items we recommend that you obtain a delivery receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for shipments lost in transit.
